Mrs. Elam has a long history of Executive Administrative work and Project Management in various business settings and corporations. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Missions from Messiah University PA. Since she home schooled her own children, she was always fascinated with the Montessori style of education and its approach of gentle teachings with the right amount of structure and hands-on activities. Her formal journey in Montessori began this year when she joined MAV; she has thoroughly immersed herself in the program and works devotedly towards making the school environment a joyful learning environment. Her hobbies include 1000-piece puzzles, reading, cooking and church events.
