Mrs. Elam has extensive experience in executive administration and project management, having worked in a variety of corporate and business environments throughout her career. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Missions from Messiah University in Pennsylvania.

Drawn to the Montessori philosophy for its thoughtful balance of calm guidance, purposeful structure, and hands-on learning, Mrs. Elam has embraced the Montessori approach and the values it fosters in children. She is dedicated to supporting the Academy’s mission by helping create an organized, nurturing, joyful environment where children, families, and staff feel supported and empowered to thrive.
