Mrs. Hanley, a Montessori-certified Early Childhood educator, joined MAV three years ago and later moved into administration, fostering a nurturing, respectful, and collaborative school environment.

Mrs. Hanley began her career as an Early Childhood educator after graduating from Florida Southwestern University, including Montessori certification where she developed a love for the Montessori method of education and its philosophy. Mrs. Hanley joined the MAV teaching staff 3 years ago. While she ran an exceptional classroom, she felt the call to serve in an administrative capacity, making her a great asset to our professional Montessori Administration team. Mrs. Hanley has always strived to create a nurturing atmosphere where respect, empathy, and collaboration thrive.
