Mrs. Hanley began her career as an Early Childhood educator after graduating from Florida Southwestern State College, where she also earned a Montessori certification. Through her education and experience, she developed a deep appreciation for Montessori and its philosophy.

Mrs. Hanley joined the Montessori Academy of Virginia staff many years ago. In the classroom, she created an exceptional learning environment and built strong connections with her students and families. Her passion for Montessori and desire to support the broader school community led her to pursue a role in administration.

Her commitment to children, families, and educators reflects her passion for creating a vibrant Montessori community where every child is encouraged to learn, grow, and flourish.
